Nearly identical to popular Fuggles hops, Celeia hops are a low alpha varietal with a lovely, traditional European aroma. Commonly utilized in Belgian Ales, Lagers, and ESBs for that smooth, slightly spicy, and delicate noble aroma, Celeia could easily take the place of Willamette or Fuggles in any recipe.
