Carolina Brew Supply is excited to announce a homebrew beer contest for July 31, 2021! This competition is designed to showcase a rare and nearly forgotten style of beer. Rauchbier or smoked beers. All entries should have some smoked barley or smoked wheat. The smoke choice is up to you: oak, hickory, cherry, rosemary, juniper, peat, etc. Bottles should be turned in by July 30, 2021. Judging will be Aug 2nd! You should turn in two 12oz unmarked bottles with gold or silver caps. We will send a submission sheet to each contestant for beer details. First place gets $100 store gift card and their beer brewed at our brewery. 2nd place gets $50 gift card, 3rd place gets a pint glass and a sticker.
