This kit may appear changed but, this is only on the outside. These kits have been refined by Winexpert to be better in a much smaller package. These kits have moved from a 7.5L Size down to 6L all while still producing the same amount of wine.

*If you're a fan of the Island Mist Series kits but like your wines a little bit stronger, consider "bumping" them with 1 pound of corn sugar and 1 liter of grape concentrate.

"Boosting" Guide:

To boost the alcohol level and maintain a balanced flavor profile, we recommend adding 1 grape concentrate and 1 pound of corn sugar. This helps keep the body of the wine in check with the increase in alcohol when adding extra fermentable sugars to your kit. Choosing the red concentrate will bring out more 'berry' notes in the wine as opposed to the white concentrate which emphasizes the 'citrus' notes instead.
