Old world and new world hop profiles collide in Loral® HBC 291. This versatile hop's noble heritage comes through in its floral and herbal character, which is backed up with the citrus and fruity aroma that many popular U.S. varietals are known for. It has enough alpha acids to be used as a bittering hop for just about any beer style. As a late boil addition, you can expect notes of lemon-citrus, dark fruit, and a slight, tea-like herbalness. In dry hopping, Loral® will impart a more pronounced fruity and floral character.
