Konig Weissbier is a wheat beer brewed with pilsner and rye. Hallertau is used to provide a mild bitterness to balance the sweetness of the wheat. The yeast is harvested from a 6 pack of Konig Ludwig Weissbier, imported from Germany.
This milk chocolate raspberry stout is based on a clone recipe of a cream stout from Samuel Adams, but we added lactose, cocoa powder and 2 packs of fresh raspberries.
